Put work on your board. It comes back done.

An agent on your own Claude or ChatGPT does the work. You approve what leaves. The board is free.

An example board. Names and figures are illustrative.

Hand it over. Get it back finished.

Write what you need on a card. Assign it. The agent works, asks when it is stuck, and hands the result back on the card.

Examples

Real work, in real businesses.

Six ways people put the board to work.

  • Accounting

    Month-end, matched.

Drop the bank export and the ledger on a card. The unmatched lines come back as a list, not a guess.

  • Real estate

    Three offers, one table.

Price, conditions, and closing dates side by side. Where an offer is silent, the cell says Not stated.

  • Agencies

Monday’s client report, ready to sign off.

A card appears on schedule, filled from the numbers you attached. Approve it and it goes.

  • Construction

    Four bids, apples to apples.

Inclusions, exclusions, and timelines lined up. The gaps are flagged before you sign anything.

  • Law offices

    Intake, summarized before the consult.

A form comes in. The card fills with the facts stated, the documents missing, and a reply for you to approve.

  • Sales teams

Inquiry to proposal to sent. Two receipts.

The proposal and the email are drafted. You approve the exact send. The CRM updates. Both are confirmed.

Free. No credits. No seats. No markup on your AI.

Your Claude or ChatGPT bills you. We add nothing. We earn 10 percent of net when an expert makes a sale, and that is all.

Not a chatbot. Not an automation builder. Not another AI teammate.A board where Done means done.

Questions

The short version.

  • What do I need to start?

A BakedBrie account and your own Claude or ChatGPT sign-in, or an API key. The first card needs neither.

  • What can the agent actually do?

Read what you put on the card. Compare, summarize, draft, and fill in. It acts outside the board only through connections you allow, and only after you approve.

  • What does Done mean here?

The work finished, you accepted it, and the receipt says what happened.

  • What if the agent says it sent something?

That is not evidence. The card records what the provider confirmed. If a provider times out, the card says Blocked, “Checking whether sent,” and nothing is sent twice.

  • Does it run when my laptop is closed?

With an API key, yes. With a Claude or ChatGPT subscription, a small connector runs on a machine you control. If that machine is offline, the card says so and the work waits.

  • What is free, exactly?

The board. Boards, cards, files, history, teammates, workflows, the API, and export. There is no plan above it.

  • Who is this for?

Anyone who hands real work to AI and wants it back finished. Individuals first. Teams and expert-run businesses grow from the same board.
